Our Managed Services team is looking for a highly organized individual to assist with many of the clerical duties of the department. This position will require daily communication with several other departments within the company, while also keeping the scheduled tasks of our department on track. This position will directly report to the Service Desk Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for procurement of all MSP equipment from existing vendors utilizing established processes.
Responsible for scheduling of MSP team.
Responsible for QA of all service tickets, ensuring technicians have completed work per prescribed guidelines.
Responsible for coordination of projects between CostGuard billing system and MSP Connectwise system.
Answer phones and enter information into MSP Connectwise ticketing system as needed.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed by the Vice President of Managed Services.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent
Required: 1-2 years relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Although not a technical position, a general understanding of technology products will be greatly helpful
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required
Availability during normal business hours
