Position Summary: 
Access One seeks to hire a Marketing Manager to power the marketing of its technology services for small/medium businesses, primarily in the Chicago area.  The position requires an experienced, entrepreneurial leader, with digital marketing knowledge, technical/analytical muscle and a vision for the engagement of business customers on a grass-roots/personal level.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Use analytics to dictate best spend of marketing dollars

Assist w/ configuration of CRM

Generate promotional materials and product-specific slicks

Manage Social Media planning/execution w/ 3rd-party vendor

Manage website planning/execution w/ 3rd-party vendor

Develop, implement, and analyze campaign initiatives

Gather market intel related to pricing and service offerings to inform strategic decision making

Organize promotional events including (Lunch-N-Learn/trade show presence/golf outing)

Work w/ sales staff to build effective marketing strategies in specific industry verticals

Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

Job Requirements: 
Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience: 
7+ years in marketing and promotion (B to B, and technology services preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies

Ability to work independently
