Access One Names Steve Quagliata, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Kiran Gandhi, Vice President of Finance
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Access One, Inc., a Chicago based integrated communications provider, has recently added Steve Quagliata and Kiran Gandhi to their executive staff.
Quagliata, previously of McData Corporation, joined the Access One team in October of this year. While at McData he was the Regional Manager for Carrier Services. Quagliata has 18 years of sales experience in telecommunications. He has held Sales Managerial positions at Metro Media Fiber, AT&T and Teleport Communications Group. He will oversee Access One’s agent sales channel as well as the direct sales and marketing departments.
Quagliata played an instrumental role with the launch of Teleport’s healthcare vertical strategy. He also generated $20 million in “Enterprise Contract Value” during his first year at Metro Media Fiber.

Quagliata is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing.
Gandhi, previously of Gandhi Consulting, joined Access One in August of this year. Gandhi has 28 years of finance experience. He has served as Chief Operating Officer for Thermo Plastics Display, Inc., Vice President of Fasteners for Retail, Inc. and Senior Manager at Operations Management Consulting, Blackman Kallick Bartelstein, LLP.
Gandhi led the effort to develop and implement turnaround plans for various under-performing businesses, increased sales 40% over the previous two years and achieved cost savings in excess of $2.3 million over a three year span with a previous employer.

Gandhi is a graduate of Shivaji University, India with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
