At Access One, our goal is to simplify the process by providing our customers with the right solutions, best support and helpful tools. Access One offers multiple solutions to accommodate your billing needs. If you require a single bill, you have multiple locations or even if you have sub-locations that only require a bill summary, Access One will work for you.

CD-ROM invoicing is available for all of the above options along with customization capabilities tailored to your needs.

Access One's invoice offers three different billing options. Each option is available on CD-ROM and includes management reports and call detail for all locations.

Masterbill
Complete management reports and call detail for all locations sent to the single location you designate. Available on CD-ROM.

Multiple Locations
Complete management reports and call detail sent to each of your locations for local processing and payment. Available on CD-ROM.

Masterbill with Locations to Receive Invoice Copy
One bill containing management reports and call details for all locations is sent to the master location, while each sub-location receives only management reports and call details tailored to their specific location. The master location is responsible for paying the entire bill, which further simplifies the administration of your Access One services.

Payment Options
Automatic Account Debit allows you to pay your Access One invoice each month automatically without writing a check.

One Time Financial Account Debit Form. 

  • We do not accept credit cards
  • We do not accept electronic deposit
  • Although we do not yet accept payment on line, we plan to in the future
  • We can take payments over the phone at 888-744-0512 between 8am & 6pm CST
  • You can print out and send in a one time form
