Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At anytime after the initial 90 Day Risk-Free Trial, if Customer is not completely satisfied with Access One’s network quality or service support for local, long distance, data, or Internet services, Customer must notify Access One in writing. If Access One is unable to correct the problem to Customer’s reasonable satisfaction within 15 days of receipt of the notice, then at Customer’s option, Access One will cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees (Customer must be in good credit standing with Access One.)
Guaranteed Rate
Access One guarantees that your rates for certain eligible services will remain competitive during the term of your service agreement. These eligible services are limited to long distance per minute usage rates for the 48 continental states. If after one year you provide a written proposal from any certified telecommunications provider that offers lower rates for like services, Access One will match that lower rate, or you may cancel your service agreement for those affected services.
