90 Day Risk-Free Trial

If within 90 days of the date your service is switched to Access One you are not satisfied with our network quality, notify our manager of Service Management of the problem in writing. If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 10 days of receipt of notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At any time after the initial 90-Day Risk-Free Trial, if you are not satisfied with Access One’s network quality, notify our manager of Service Management in writing. If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 15 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.
