If within 90 days of the date your service is switched to Access One you are not completely satisfied with Access One's network quality or service support for either local, long distance, data, or Internet services, notify Access One of the problem in writing. If Access One does not correct the problem to your reasonable satisfaction within ten days of the receipt of notice and you choose to cancel your affected service, we will cancel your Access One Service Agreement for that service without termination fees (customer must be in good credit standing with Access One).
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If at any time after the initial 90-Day Risk-Free Trial, you are not completely satisfied with Access One's network quality or service support for either local, long distance, data, or Internet services, notify us in writing. If Access One does not correct the problem to your reasonable satisfaction within 15 days of the receipt of notice and you chose to cancel your affected service, we will cancel your Access One Service Agreement for that service without termination fees (customer must be in good credit standing with Access One).
Rate Guarantee
Access One guarantees that your rates will remain competitive for the term of the agreement. If after one year you provide Access One with a written proposal from any certified telecommunications provider of switched local, long distance or value added services with lower domestic rates, Access One shall meet that stated rate for switched local, long distance or value added services, or release you from this Agreement for only that service which carrier does not meet. You may utilize the rate guarantee once in each calendar year.
