  Standard Services - Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. 90-Day Risk-Free Trial.  If within 90 days of the date your service is switched to Access One you are not satisfied with our network quality, notify our manager of Service Management of the problem in writing.  If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 10 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.
  2. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. At any time after the initial 90-Day Risk-Free Trial, if you are not satisfied with Access One’s network quality, notify our manager of Service Management in writing.  If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 15 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.  

  Access Cloud Hosted PBX Services ("HPBX Services") - Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

  1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.  Within 30 days after the Commencement Date of your HPBX Service, if you are not satisfied with the HPBX Service or the Equipment, notify our manager of Service Management of the problem in writing.  If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 10 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.  A 25% restocking fee applies for all returned devices, and all boxes and packing materials must be returned to ensure full credit for the returned devices.
  2. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. At any time after the initial 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, if you are not satisfied with the HPBX Service (excluding Equipment), notify our manager of Service Management in writing.  If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 15 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.
