Access One Partners with the Keeling Family Foundation to Donate Computer Hardware to Hospitals and Youth Programs

July 1, 2010, Chicago, IL - Access One, Inc. through the Keeling Family Foundation, donated fifty-five computers to The Fisher House at Hines VA Hospital and youth missions supported by Parkview Church of Orland Park.

The Fisher House at Hines VA Hospital provides a place to stay for the families of our injured service people while their loved ones recover from illness, disease, or injury. The computers donated by Access One will be placed in family rooms at the Fisher House, to provide families with internet access, email, and a host of other applications.

Youth missions supported by Parkview Church of Orland Park were the other recipients of computer donations. The youth missions to which computers were donated have varied goals, but all align with providing new opportunities to under-served or at-risk youth. The opportunities range from general software instruction to advanced repair certification, all aimed at providing a pathway to success that might not otherwise be available. The computers donated by Access One will be used to advance these goals.
