Vice President of Customer Engagement

Nicki Watson was named Vice President, Customer Engagement after serving in various Account Management and client facing roles throughout her 12 years at Access One.  She is responsible for overseeing internal customer care and sales teams that serve the existing customer base on a daily basis.  Nicki has 13 years of telecom and management experience.  She holds a BA in Marketing and Management from Loras College in Dubuque.
