Access One is proud to announce Nicki Watson has been promoted to our first-ever Chief Client Officer (CCO) as she continues to help our clients thrive. Nicki has been a progressive and innovative leader for the past 16 years at Access One.

In her new role, Watson will lead Access One’s organic growth initiatives with the company’s existing clients. Watson will be charged with enhancing the client experience, as well as bringing the voice of the client forward, ensuring our entire organization has 360-degree insights into the direct impact of our client’s experience and their ever-evolving needs.
