CHICAGO, IL – February 4, 2021 – Access One was presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the COVID-19 Response – Most Valuable Response by a Customer Service Team category in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. This is the eighth consecutive year that Access One has been honored.
Despite an interesting year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Access One customer care team continued to provide customers with exemplary service.
