90-Day Risk-Free Trial
If within 90 days of the date your service is switched to Access One you are not satisfied with our network or service quality, notify our Customer Success Manager (800-804-8333) of the problem in writing.  If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 10 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.

At any time after the initial 90-Day Risk-Free Trial, if you are not satisfied with Access One’s network or service quality, notify our Customer Success Manager (800-804-8333) of the problem in writing. If we are unable to correct the problem in a reasonably satisfactory manner within 15 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel the service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.
