Resolution Process

  1. Contact Access One. Prior to contacting the New York State Department of Public Service (DPS), please attempt to accomplish dispute resolution by contacting Access One’s Client Care Dept at:

    2. email at service@accessoneinc.com or
    3. to initiate a dispute, please click here: Initiate a Dispute
      If dispute resolution was not accomplished through direct efforts with Access One, then please contact DPS.
  2. Contact DPS. To file a complaint with DPS, please contact DPS as follows:
    1. For consumer complaints that cannot be resolved with the company, you may contact the New York Department of Public Service (DPS).
