Chief Client Officer

Nicki Watson

Nicki Watson was named Chief Client Officer after serving in various leadership and client facing roles throughout her 16 years at Access One.  She is responsible for overseeing teams that serve the existing client base: Client Care, Technical Account Management, and Sales Operations. With an extensive history serving in executive roles at Access One, Nicki is in charge of designing, implementing, and evaluating Access One programs to enhance both the client and employee experience. She takes great pride in the satisfaction of both and seeks to build long-lasting relationships.

Nicki has 16 years of telecom and managed IT experience.  She holds a BA in Marketing and Management from Loras College in Dubuque.
