Nicki Watson was named Chief Client Officer after serving in various leadership and client facing roles throughout her 16 years at Access One. She is responsible for overseeing internal customer care and sales teams that serve the existing customer base on a daily basis. She also oversees the Network Operation Center (NOC). Nicki has 16 years of telecom and managed IT experience. She holds a BA in Marketing and Management from Loras College in Dubuque.
