An Update on Business Plans – Doing our Part in Chicago, Illinois

A letter to our clients, partners, employees, and the overall community:

Access One’s top priority is and has always been to serve our community— which includes our clients, our partners, and our employees. By now you’re aware that the only way we can preserve the health of our community is taking any action we can to slow the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Effective today, March 18th, Access One is transitioning to a remote-work-from-home model until further notice.  We‘ve also stopped all business related travel (our techs will still dispatch at this time). Prior to this decision we ensured our team has the required resources to fully do their jobs from home— just as if they were at our office.

Our commitment to our clients stands strong. We intend to keep providing our award-winning client experience all while prioritizing the health and safety of our team and our community.

We’ve had to run our business remotely in the past — and have teams set up for 24/7 availability (just as we always do). We will maintain our usual levels of client support.

It’s our responsibility to keep you informed of any changes that may impact how you work with all of us at Access One. If necessary, we will reach out directly as well as update this web page and our corporate social media channels.

As a business technology and communications service provider, we’re in a very fortunate position to be able to pivot so quickly. We acknowledge that not every organization is able to make this change so fast. Our team is here to support you any way we can.

Together, let’s keep the world running.

-The Access One Team
