Due to her background in Quality and Project Management, Therese Rakushin will be leading and directing the formation of our Customer Success Team. Therese is a Certified Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Therese began her career in the Software Quality group at Motorola. At Motorola, she worked with Software engineering to reduce outages in mobile base stations by implementing programs such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000, and Fagan inspections. She later transferred to the Mobility business and was a team member that launched Motorola’s first smartphone, the world’s first 3G phone with video chat and the world’s first touchscreen-only smartphone.
Therese then joined Dell, where she was part of the team that launched the first phablet and other tablets and convertibles. She later worked in Customer Success at Motorola (subsequently sold to Zebra), Managed Services and Mobility Lifecycle Manager accounts. Most recently, Therese worked as a Customer Success Manager for Cisco Webex, where she trained in Cisco Customer Success and Adoption.
