 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had to call today to get assistance with our voicemail for our main line.  Brian was extremely helpful.  He reviewed all the information I gave him and tried some level 1 troubleshooting.  When that did not resolve the issue he planned to escalate it.  However, in 2 minutes he called me back with the resolution that he worked on himself.
