Chicago, IL – December 15, 2025 – Access One Inc., a Chicago-based managed IT and telecommunications services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Dickey as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Dickey will lead the company’s sales, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives, driving growth across all customer and partner channels.
With more than 25 years of experience in networking, software, cloud, and telecommunications, Dickey brings a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships. His leadership spans several prominent technology organizations, including Stratus Networks, Nitel, Oracle, Seagate Technology, and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.
At Stratus Networks, Dickey led innovative go-to-market strategies, customer success initiatives, and marketing campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and expanded market share. Prior to that, as CRO at Nitel, he was responsible for driving wholesale and channel revenue growth while managing post-sales account management and marketing operations.
