Preferred builds upon the Essential package and includes Unlimited Help Desk Support, managed Microsoft 365 services, and managed detection and response to reduce downtime and operational strain.

Elite builds upon the Preferred package and includes Unlimited Help Desk Support plus delivers incident response, quarterly cybersecurity advisory services, and annual risk assessments aligned to recognized frameworks such as NIST, CSF, or CIS v8.

All packages include proactive network and system monitoring and alerts, endpoint protection, patch management, remote management, asset reporting, and client portal. Voice and Data services are available as an add-on.
