Flood Brothers has an onsite IT resource handling day-to-day support, but its former managed IT provider wasn’t delivering the breadth of services the business needed. Internet connectivity and cybersecurity were handled separately, while applications and licensing lacked centralized management.
The IT manager needed additional expertise to oversee the network, backups, cybersecurity monitoring, and overall IT stability.
